A special church service to mark Ascension Day which is the 40th day after Easter. More details about the celebration of Ascension Day are at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feast_of_the_Ascension
The church has been without a Priest in Charge since the Reverend Nigel Fry retired in April 2015. Since that time the local churches have been reorganised and Hollingbourne is now part of the North Downs Benefice which is currently seeking a Team Vicar for the Pilgrim’s Way parishes which extend from Hollingbourne to Boxley. Despite the ongoing vacancy regular services including weddings continue to be held in Hollingbourne.
Pictured below is All Saints’ Church in Hollingbourne which has been on the present site in the village for almost a thousand years.
