Could you spare a few hours a week or on an occasional basis and want to do something rewarding while supporting an important local cause?
Dorothy Gorman of the Heart of Kent Hospice writes:
The Heart of Kent Hospice offers a range of volunteering opportunities from waitressing at one of our two cafes, a shift in one of our 14 shops to patient support , complementary therapies or gardening. If you do not have a particular interest but want to help us why not join our flexible team who assist with marshalling, car parking or refreshments at weekend events
To find out more why not attend one of our volunteer open mornings at the Hospice (Preston Hall, Aylesford ME20 7PU) ?
The next open mornings take place on 9th June and 14th July from 10.00 am – 1 pm.
The Heart of Kent Hospice in Aylesford serves the Hollingbourne area and many families in the village have had family members who have needed the Hospice which is close to Junction 5 of the M20.
