Creating South East Water’s Vulnerability Strategy: Stakeholder workshop
Further to South East Water’s letter of 1 February, we are delighted to invite you, or a colleague, to attend a workshop to support the development of South East Water’s vulnerability strategy. CAG Consultants have been appointed by South East Water to run these workshops. (The attached letter from South East Water’s Customer Service Director provides further information about this project.)
There will be three workshops (running from 10am – 4.30pm), all following the same format, in three locations as follows:
• Tuesday 13th March – Basingstoke (Apollo Hotel)
• Wednesday 14th March – Maidstone (Hilton Hotel)
• Thursday 15th March – Eastbourne (Cavendish Hotel)
We would really value your input at one of these workshops and very much hope you will be able to attend. If you are not able to join us or would like to suggest a colleague who is better placed to contribute to the workshop, please feel free to pass on this invitation. If you could let us know who will be attending from your organization, that would be very much appreciated.
Lunch will be provided, with vegetarian options available. If you have any other dietary requirements, please let us know.
Further details of the agenda plus directions for the workshop will be sent out to attendees the week before the workshops.
I look forward to hearing from you.
