Over 50 senior villagers were entertained this afternoon with seasonal songs and tea and cakes by the children of Hollingbourne County Primary School in the School Hall.
This annual Christmas event was introduced by Ralph Baldock, the Headteacher and featured performances by all four classes plus one by the school choir who were conducted by Beccy Stroud. The choir has performed a number of times in Canterbury Cathedral and has been well placed in local competitions.
A vote of thanks on behalf of the senior villagers was proposed by John Holley.
