Maidstone Borough Council (MBC), is asking residents for their thoughts on how it can help them recover due to Covid-19.
The Council has launched a public consultation and is asking everyone to respond by completing a survey which will help it understand how people have coped, the support they have needed and how they have been affected because of the Coronavirus. The results will help MBC focus on resources to help everyone recover.
Leader of the Council, Cllr Martin Cox said:
“We understand that this has been a very difficult time for all of us, and the Coronavirus has affected so many of us in different ways. Maidstone Borough Council is here to help provide support to our residents across the borough and we would really like to know how we can help them moving forward by focusing on resources to help us all recover. The information we will gather from the consultation will help us understand what they have experienced and help they may need in the future.”
The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete and will provide information that will give MBC details on how people are feeling and concerns they may have, along with how the Council can support them in the future.
Mr Cox concluded: “The more information we have, the more we can help our residents and would encourage as many people as possible to complete the survey and ask them share the consultation with friends and family in the Maidstone area too.”
The survey closes 2nd October 2020 and takes around 10 minutes to finish Please click on this link to complete:
