Summer Fete Review Meeting

31st October 2018 @ 8:00 pm – 9:15 pm
The Dirty Habit PH
Upper St
Hollingbourne, Maidstone ME17

A meeting to review the Annual Summer Fete and Exemption Dog Show that was held on 9th June and to consider options for the 2019 event. All are welcome.

Matters to be considered are the accounts and the use of any surplus from the Fete for the benefit of Hollingbourne. The 2018 made a surplus for the Parish Council of £604.30 versus £191.22 in 2017. On the basis that the Fete continues to be held on the second Saturday in June, the date of the 2019 fete will be on 8th June.

Pictured below are a selection of pictures of  previous fetes on the Lance Memorial Playing Field.
