Level 2 Certificate in Living in a Fair and Diverse Society – Available now!
If you currently have any staff aged 19 and under working-from-home, self-isolating or on furlough, the following course is available from the Skills Network.
The free* Level 2 Certificate in Living in a Fair and Diverse Society studies what equality and diversity mean and how to promote them, as well as exploring the four British Values and positive equality movements.
The course covers:
- Equality and diversity
- Promote equality, diversity and inclusion
- Positive equality movements
- British Values.
*To be eligible for funding your staff must be aged 16, 17 or 18 on 31st August 2019, currently reside in England and have lived in the EU for the last three years. Your staff cannot enrol onto a course they have already completed, and cannot complete this course if the have previously completed a Level 2 Certificate in Equality and Diversity.
This course is delivered via distance learning methods, meaning that your staff can study at a time and in a place that best suits them, without affecting their day-to-day roles.
