Hollingbourne’s new village shop now open for business!

Hollingbourne’s new village shop opened for business at 7am this morning in Eyhorne Street in the former premises occupied by Christopher’s Village Shop which closed in September. Martin and Julie Wood have completely transformed the interior of the shop which will trade seven days a week as Woods of Hollingbourne.

As well as newspapers and local produce including Kent cheese, locally baked bread, and greengrocery, the shop is now offering off sales of wines and spirits and is selling coffee and light snacks to customers. The Wednesday weekly Post Office from 10am to 1pm will resume on 13th November.

The Shop has a new website at https://www.woodsofhollingbourne.co.uk/. Customers may park free for up to an hour in the nearby Sugar Loaves PH car park.
